Files with ? in the filename cannot be viewed in the source view

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Start up Bitbucket 8.9+
      2. Create a file with ? in the filename, e.g `my?file.txt`
      3. Open the code source and attempt to open the file

      Expected Results

      Should be able to open the file

      Actual Results

      Page refreshes but no navigation occurs

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour and no way of viewing the file by navigating to a specific URL.
