Issue Summary

The "open task" dialog fails to display tasks correctly after adding an overview comment as a task with a suggestion. This results in an empty state, causing all existing tasks to disappear.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add some normal suggestions as tasks in the diff view.
2. Open the "open task" dialog and verify that the suggestions are rendered as suggestion cards.
3. On the overview page, add an overview comment as a task and manually add a suggestion.
4. Open the "open task" dialog.

Expected Results

• The dialog should display all tasks, including those added from suggestions and overview comments.

Actual Results

• The dialog renders an empty state, causing all existing tasks to disappear.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
