Issue Summary

Repositories don't render on personal repos page with a high zoom value set.

The screenshot below exemplifies the issue. The page is zoomed in, and the repositories are not populated. If the user scrolls down the page, the repos will show up.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the top right and click on Profile > View Profile.
2. Create a personal repository.
3. Zoom the page in around 200~300%, depending on your monitor size.
4. Reload the screen; the repositories won't be rendered.

Expected Results

The repositories should load in the UI independently of the zoom value.

Actual Results

Workaround

• Use the zoom feature from the operational systems. This way, the browser can render the repositories since the zoom is not on the page itself.
• It is possible to use less zoom on the personal repos page, and the repositories will be populated.
