Ability to authenticate GIT and API calls in Bitbucket using OIDC access token and SSO credential

      Currently, as documented in SAML single sign-on for Atlassian Data Center applications, SSO should work with any identity provider implementing the SAML 2.0 Web Browser SSO Profile

      However, it would be beneficial to have a feature in Bitbucket that allows the OIDC access token or user credentials kept in IDP to be used for authenticating GIT and Rest API requests in Bitbucket.
