Currently, we can exclude repositories from secret scanning at both the project and admin levels. However, there is no option to exclude entire projects from secret scanning. The only available method is to exclude all repositories within a project, which can be cumbersome for projects with many repositories, as it requires selecting each repository individually.

Suggestions:

>> Provide an option to exclude projects directly at the project settings level.
>> Introduce an option in the Admin > Secret Scanning section to exclude entire projects.
>> Enable the selection of all repositories at once within project settings > secret scanning > exclude repositories for exclusion from secret scanning.
