This is a suggestion to add the following metrics which can be useful in situations when the system is under heavy load and not able to grant a ticket for applicable requests e.g. hosting, ref-advertisement requests -

• Duration for which a ticket of a specific resource type was held by the process when it was able to acquire it.
• A cumulative counter of the number of requests for which the ticket could not be granted for a given resource type.
