Steps to Reproduce

• Change the browser's language to German(or any other language) and have the user's profile set to "Automatically detect browser language".
• Navigate to <Bitbucket-Base-Url>/plugins/servlet/customize-application-navigato url.

Expected Results

The headings and button text need to be accurately translated and shown in the language selected in the user's profile or browser.

Actual Results

• The buttons labeled "add" and "delete" are displayed in English.
• The headings Application Navigator, Name, URL, and common.words.source are all displayed in English.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
