      Bitbucket 9.0.0 does not include the sbom folder with the SBOM.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Download Bitbucket 9.0.0
      2. Unzip the tar.gz/zip

      Expected Results

      The expanded archive should include sbom/atlassian-bitbucket-9.0.0-cyclonedx-sbom.json

      Actual Results

      There is no sbom folder

      Workaround

      The attached atlassian-bitbucket-9.0.0-cyclonedx-sbom.json file includes the 9.0.0 SBOM.
