Allow 2 header and Accent colors selection

      Problem Description

      When choosing an Accent or Header color using the Bitbucket Look and Feel Plugin, the plugin only allows one color for both Dark and Light themes, this color mat look good in one theme but not the other, causing color accessibility issues by not enough contrast.





      Suggested Solution

      Allow the selection of individual colors for both Light and Dark themes.
