Having used several other git hosting systems, I was surprised that Bitbucket is missing critical reporting which makes it very difficult to manage the team.

Specifically, we want to know now many PRs each user has pushed/reviewed/merged etc. for a given period (e.g. last month) and the number of lines of code changed.

Currently, we would have page through the PRs for each developer, with pen and paper, and count them, which is tedious, inaccurate and very time consuming.

We certainly cant use third party paid for products, as our organization takes 3-6 months to process an expenditure request, and is unlikely to approve paying for such a basic report.
