Problem description

The Bitbucket DC codeowners syntax currently only allows you to specify individuals as codeowners and all individuals listed will be added as reviewers.  Large organisations often have groups of people (sometimes large groups) who are collectively responsible for managing and reviewing parts of their codebase. When people join/leave the group, admins/managers of the codeowners configuration have to go into the codeowners file and add/remove that individual user everywhere they appear.  Also, not all members of the group may be needed to review.

Suggested Solution

Incorporate reviewer groups into codeowners and provide selection strategies for how members of these groups are added to pull requests.
