Feature to also comment at branch level aswell for internal team code review

      Hi there,

      Just a suggestion it would be great to also allow comments on branch level for code base for internal review checks when code is checked in. We are a company that has has developers working day and night with different time zones. Would be great for internal team members to review code base at branch level aswell before going into a pull request level.
