In the premium plan there is an option to auto-unapprove a pull request after any code change following previous approval (it is mentioned here: Solved: How to automatically unapprove when pull request i... (atlassian.com)).

When this first happened to me, I was confused. It looked like the reviewer just declined my pull request and I didn't know, why.

I think it would be great if the approval was just removed, but unapproval wasn't given instead - especially that there is no additional information saying that it was automatic...
