Issue Summary

Git LFS throttling statistics are no longer available on Bitbucket version 8.x and above.

In Bitbucket 8.x, Git LFS requests are processed by the Bitbucket main process, not the Mesh Sidecar or Remote Mesh. Therefore, the Git LFS throttling statistics should be available under the JMX metrics of the Bitbucket main process.

This is reproducible on Data Center: YES

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup Bitbucket 8.9.x version
2. Initiate Git Lfs fetches

Expected Results

Git LFS throttling statistics are available under the Bitbucket Main process JMX metrics

Actual Results

Git LFS throttling statistics are no longer available on the Bitbucket main process but are listed under the Mesh Sidecar process, which is never populated with live data.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
