App authorizations installed by users are not visible to workspace admin while having access to company resources.

An API is needed so that a workspace and manage the App authorizations of users accessible to its resources.

As well as detailed, important, information regarding the app that can aid managing third party access to company resources - name, scopes, publisher, etc..
