Summary

When creating issues from Bitbucket Server side, the Create Issue screen shows fields in incorrect order.
The same problem used to happen in Jira Server: JSWSERVER-21667

Steps to Reproduce

• Modify the order of the fields in Jira, for instance, Summary - Description - Priority, and observe the create issue screen in Jira
• On Bitbucket side, open the Create Issue modal window and observe the order of the fields presented:

Expected Results

The Create Issue modal window in Bitbucket should show the fields in the same order shown in Jira

Actual Results

The Create Issue modal window shows fields in incorrect order (observed when using Environment 2)

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
