Jira Issue creation from Pull request comment fails if Component field is Left empty when integrated with Jira cloud

Problem

Environment

Bitbucket Integrated with Jira cloud 

Steps to Reproduce

• Integrate Bitbucket with Jira Cloud
• Add the component to Jira so that the component field is available to choose from when creating the Jira ticket
• Try to create Jira ticket from bitbucket Pull request comment and don't choose any Component from the dropdown leaving the field empty

Expected Results

Jira ticket should be created as normal even though the component field is set to empty

When integrated with Jira Onprem the expected result can be seen where a Ticket is created successfully even when the Component filed is set to empty

Creating the Jira issue directly from Jira cloud UI also allows to set component field to empty

Actual Results

Creating for Jira ticket from Pull request fails with the error below

Workaround

As of now, there is no known workaround and the suggestion is to choose a component when creating the Jira Ticket from the pull request comment
