Bitbucket UI repository permission UI changes

This issue come from one of our users:

I'd like to provide the feedback that I feel that the "Repository Permissions" UI is worse since the upgrade. I liked the previous separation of users and groups. I know there's a dropdown to filter by type but it's an additional click.

There's so much wasted space, and all of that whitespace in the middle makes it tricky to figure out which user has a given permission since there's also no alternate row coloring either. I also don't like the groups being mixed with the users by default. I also think the rows are much thicker, so I find myself needing to scroll more.
Ultimately, the page is more sparse and it's a bit harder to parse information.
