Header: Insufficient Color contrast for the standard text in dark mode

Issue Summary

The color contrast is failing of the plain text in the dark mode.

Note: Similar issue has been observed on "Commits" page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to "2" text present in the header section.
2. Using CCA tool check the color contrast of the text.
3. Verify that contrast is insufficient.

Actual Results

The color contrast of the standard text associated with the "Administration alert" such as "2" is not meeting the minimum requirement of the color contrast:

FG: #A0ADBD

BG:#AE2F24

Ratio: 2.8:1

Expected Results

On all pages, ensure that each foreground/background color combination presents a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for standard text.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
