Hyperlink for Jira issue not showing up in the Message column on Commits page

Issue Summary

The hyperlinks for Jira issue keys on the Commits page on the Bitbucket UI are visible but with a delay.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1: Create a commit in Bitbucket associated with a Jira issue.
2. Step 2: Go to the Commits page in Bitbucket

Expected Results

The hyperlink for the issue key should show up in the Message column on the Commits page in Bitbucket.

Actual Results

The hyperlink shows up once and then disappears. Doesn't show up even after multiple refreshes of the page. Trying a back and forth between the Branches and the Commits page, the hyperlink shows up in one try but doesn't on another, it is quite inconsistent.
This behavior has been observed with Chrome and Edge browsers.
This issue happens when we have integrated Bitbucket with Jira Server or Jira Cloud via Application links.

Workaround

• Accessing the Commits page on the Incognito window in Chrome.
• Or clear the cache and try accessing the Commits page, should work fine even after refreshing the page.
• Or use the Firefox browser instead.
