Jira integration plugin's dialog to display multiple issues related to a commit, branch, or PR displays a light background colour for the selected issue when user has selected the dark theme.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure Application Links with a Jira instance
2. Switch the theme to Dark
3. Create a commit with 2 or more Jira issue IDs in the comment
4. Go to the Commits page
5. Click on Jira issue IDs in the Issue column
6. A modal will open with the first Jira issue selected and it will have a white background

Expected Results

  The selected Jira issue should have a dark background to match with the dark theme.

Actual Results

  The selected Jira issue has a light background which contrasts with the dark theme.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior but it does not affect functionality.
