Since there isn't a built-in feature to delete pull request attachments. It's not as simple as deleting them from the file system. If Bitbucket isn't aware of these changes this can lead to broken links and references.

That being said, this feature request would be to create a built-in way to delete pull request's attachments. Ability to delete attachments from the pull request.
