Tooltip on "Finish review" is broken

      When hovering over "Finish review", Bitbucket shows an empty tooltip

      This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Start a PR review
      2. Add a comment
      3. Hover over the "Finish review" button

      Expected Results

      A tooltip pops up

      Actual Results

      A tiny black rectangle appears but no tooltip (see attached screen recording)

      Workaround
