Issue Summary
Keyboard shortcut 'o' on dashboard is not working
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to the dashboard
- Use 'J' or 'K' to navigate through the list of pull requests and then press 'o' to open the pull request
Expected Results
It should redirect to that pull request
Actual Results
Nothing happens
Workaround
Press 'Enter'
