Function to add prefix to index names

Problem Description

Bitucket uses predefined names for the index. It would be nice to have the ability to set a prefix on the index names to help with multi-tenants in the search server.

Why this is important?

Easier separation of indexes on a single search server when connected to multiple instances of Bitbucket - for example, Dev and Prod instances using the same search server.

That would make it easier to have a multi-tenant search instance: Discovering the Need for an Indexing Strategy in Multi-Tenant Applications.
