      Currently Bitbucket allows to view and download .patch & .diff files by simply changing the URL of Pull request.

      ex.
      From

      https://.../pull-requests/<PR_ID>/overview

      To

      https://.../pull-requests/<PR_ID>.diff

      Or

      https://.../pull-requests/<PR_ID>.patch

      We want a download button in the Pull request UI itself
