Secret scanning allowlist path pattern copy button overlaps with next column with small browser size

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a secret scanning allowlist rule with a decent size path pattern (e.g. 30+ characters)
2. Make the browser window narrow

Expected Results

The copy button for the path pattern does not overlap with the Level table row.

Actual Results

The copy button for the path pattern does overlap with the Level table row once the browser window gets small enough.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
