Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Blame in PRs does not appear to align to the correct lines, some of the authors are missing. This generally happens for the code block that not part of diff

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to PR diff view
2. Change diff view to Unified in the settings
3. Click the Blame button
4. Hover over commit author names

Expected Results

Show correct blame with commit details (author name, commit, and date).

Actual Results

Missing commit details for some lines

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
