Issue Summary
The content present below the "Shortcuts" is not available in the "Collapsed" state.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the side navigation.
- Navigate to "Collapsed sidebar ([)" button and activate it.
- Verify that unavailable is missing in collapsed view.

Actual Results
The content such as "Shortcuts" text and "Add Shortcut" element is not available visually when user activates the "collapse sidebar ([)" button. As result, users such as screen reader, keyboard-only will not be able to interact with the functionality.
Expected Results
Remove the display:"none" property from the CSS code provided to the <div> container.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
