Exclude files in a Pull Request

      Bitbucket Cloud has a feature to exclude files in a Pull Request, but that feature is not accessible to Bitbucket Data Center. The process is described here: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/exclude-files-from-pull-request-diffs/
