Issue Summary

On the "Header | Keyboard shortcuts” modal, text such as “Keyboard shortcuts” is marked as heading level 1 inappropriately.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the "Header" Section.
      2. Navigate to the "Help | Keyboard shortcuts" and activate it.
      3. Inspect the code and observe that the mentioned instance uses an inappropriate heading level.

      Actual Results

The "Keyboard shortcuts" heading does not follow the visual structure of the page. It is inappropriately defined as heading level 1 instead of heading level 2. As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the page’s content structure.

      Expected Results

The heading levels should correctly convey the relationship between the headings, such as the parent-child relationship between the headings. Provide an appropriate heading level to the mentioned heading text, such as <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, and so on.
