Issue Summary

The non-descriptive link found on the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the "Repositories" drop-down in the header and activate it.
2. Select the "m1jejwmpe8ydv" option.
3. Navigate to the side navigation bar and activate the "Branches" link.
4. Observe that "Branches" page has been appeared on the page.
5. Using screen reader check that non-descriptive link text has been provided.

Actual Results

The link text "Learn more" does not describe the destination it points to.
As a result, screen reader users might not understand the purpose of the link effectively.

Expected Results

Provide the aria-label as "Learn more about how to create branches" to the <a> element.
