Issue Summary

On most of the pages, The <main> element is incorrectly defined twice on the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the "Source" page.
2. Inspect the landmarks and observe that the main landmark is defined twice on the page.

Actual Results

The <main> element is incorrectly defined twice on the page which resulted in a confusing experience for screen reader users. As a best practice page should only have only one <main> tag.

Expected Results

Only one <main> tag should be used on the page. Remove the second <main> element . 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
