Issue Summary

The alternate text has been provided to the decorative image.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the "Projects" link in the header and activate it.
2. Observe that "Projects" page has been appeared on the page.
3. Navigate to the images present in the table.
4. Inspect the code and check that alternate text is not provided.

Actual Results

Decorative images have been given descriptive alternate text such as "InstEnv" and "test" which was found to be unnecessary as they do not convey any additional or important information to screen reader users.

Expected Results

Provide empty alt attribute i.e., alt="" for all the decorative images.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
