Issue Summary
Focus is not visible for the interactive element such as "fake_file_103.txt edited online with Bitbucket", "fake_file_140.txt edited online with Bitbucket" and so on the page.
Note: A similar issue is observed on the "View all pull request" link.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the mentioned page.
- Use the Tab key to navigate to the mentioned interactive elements on the page.
- Observe there is no focus indicator present.

Actual Results
Focus is not visible for interactive elements such as "fake_file_103.txt edited online with Bitbucket", "fake_file_140.txt edited online with Bitbucket" and so on. A focus indicator is not visually available as user tabs through these links using a keyboard.
As a result, users with learning and mobility impairments as well as those with low vision will not be able to easily find out which element currently has the focus.
Similarly the elements such as "Ansible Admin" that becomes available on activating "Author" dropdown.
Expected Results
Provide a clear visual indication to users when their focus moves from one interactive web page element to another. This will help all users while accessing the page content especially users with visual, mobility and learning impairments.
