Low Issue Summary
A pop up should be displayed when a new webhook is created, but it is currently not.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new webhook in Project Settings
- A message is supposed to pop up at the bottom of the page with text:
Webhook added
You can modify the events that trigger this webhook anytime.
Expected Results
Actual Results
No message is displayed.
Workaround
None. Webhook is still created successfully.
