Problem

The clickable area for "Allow public access to this repository" is too big, and a security risk, video on the attachment shows the issue

Environment

. Tested on versions: 8.11.2, 8.11.3, 8.12.0, 8.12.1, 8.9.4 (LTS)

Steps to Reproduce

Create a repo, enter the Repository permissions page, click on the button "Allow public access to this repository"

Expected Results

The clickable area should be only on the checkbox on the HTML, not on the entire frame of the label

Actual Results

As shown in the screenshot "bugOnClickableArea.png", the area around the HTML checkbox, is too big, must be only on the checkbox square
