Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a repository with a lengthy name.
2. Create two forks of the repository with names of similar lengths.
   
3. Try to create a Pull request from the original repository and look at the source dropdown

Expected Results

The repository names are completely displayed. This is working fine on version 7.21.x

Actual Results

The repository names are not completely displayed. Since some of the repository names can be similar, it is impossible to distinguish the repositories.

Workaround

Use the REST API endpoint to create the pull request.
