Issue Summary

The secret scanning feature can be turned off entirely (using feature.secret.scanning property), but customers cannot disable just the email notification part and use the feature only through the audit logs.

Customers can disable the email notifications for secret scanning, but still get auditing events

There is no way to disable email notifications for secret scanning

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
