Steps to Reproduce

1. View an open PR and stay on the Overview tab
2. Push a commit to the source branch of the PR

Expected Results

1. The Overview page is updated automatically with the updated commit

Actual Results

1. The Overview page is not updated automatically. A notification is displayed on the other tabs prompting the reviewer to reload the PR, but not in the Overview tab.

Workaround

When reviewing a Pull Request, always switch to one of the other tabs before approving to ensure the PR has not been updated while performing the review.
