Add missing JVM arg to Bitbucket archive

      The atlassian-bitbucket-8.9.0 archive specifies several JVM --add-opens flags in

      start-webapp.sh.

      However, an additional flag is still needed in order for ScriptRunner for Bitbucket to be enabled while using Java 17. I can see

      java.lang.reflect=ALL-UNNAMED

      is already added for the Jira archive, but not for Bitbucket. This flag is necessary for the app to function.
