Issue Summary

When the license limit is exceeded, customers have a 24h grace period to buy a higher-tier license. The next time they breach the license, instead of having 24h again, they only have the remainder from last time they breached the license. So if the customer took 15 hours to buy a new license, then the next breach they only have 9 hours to buy a new license.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Breach the license. Wait some time
2. Buy a new license that has enough users
3. Breach the license again with more users

Expected Results

There is a 24h grace period to fix the license the second time

Actual Results

Only the remainder of time from the first breach is available

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
