      The Instructions say to Find a Menu Item "Watch this Repository" but in fact the user must First Select "Manage notifications", then click a greyed out button "Watch this Repository", Then choose which action types to watch for. 

       

      The Documentation should be updated to reflect the actual steps necessary.
