Support for Active Directory authentication on Oracle DB

      Bitbucket currently supports only local DB users when configuring a connection to an Oracle database.

      This is a feature request to support the usage of an Active Directory user with an Oracle database. This includes being able to use it with the Database Migration Wizard.
