Bitbucket's documentation about connecting to Jira Cloud should be updated to include filtering application link data (so development information is only sent via the new OAuth pathway).

When Bitbucket added the new OAuth dev info, enabling it caused duplicate information to show in the Jira dev panel (BSERV-13077 and JSWCLOUD-23389). Cloud recently added a way for development information from the applink to be ignored.
