As Red Hat Linux has dropped official support for Docker toolset in most recent releases, customers running Bitbucket containers on that OS are having problems to keep up with Bitbucket upgrades.
There is a problem documented in Running Atlassian products on Docker might fail during startup because of Docker Engine version that would require a Docker engine upgrade to a version newer than 20.10.10, which is not possible anymore for Red Hat users using official repositories. Since the Red Hat main focus seems to be the use of Podman, it would be nice if Atlassian could also offer support for Bitbucket images on Podman in a near future.
