Display commit tags in the Compare screen

      Problem Definition

      Currently, commit tags are not displayed when looking at the Commits tab inside the Compare section of a repository.

      Suggested Solution

      Display the commit tags just as they are displayed in the Commits list.

      Workaround

      At this time there are no known workarounds for this behavior.
