Pull request Diff : Missing heading for the name of user in the comment section

Issue Summary

Missing heading for the User names in the added comments in the Diff section.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Bitbucket, select a repository and in the sidebar section, navigate to the pull request link.
2. On the Pull Request page, for the Overview section, navigate to the Activity section and try adding a comment.
3. Try to interact with the user name with the screen reader.

Actual Results

The user names in the Diff section for the comments have missing heading markup. This resulted in screen reader users finding it difficult to understand the page content structure and makes it difficult to understand the difference between normal text and a heading.

Expected Results

Mark up the mentioned User name text using appropriate HTML headings such as in <h3>. In addition, use heading levels as per specification such as <h1> should be followed by <h2>, <h3> and so on.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
