Bitbucket doesn't start under Windows with certain mount options

      This is reproducible on Data Center: No

      Steps to Reproduce

      Install Bitbucket on a Windows environment where the shared home directory for Bitbucket is symbolically linked to a remote share folder.

      Bitbucket will fail to start up due to an issue in accessing the default Git hooks.

      Expected Results

      Bitbucket on Windows will start up correctly.

      Actual Results

      The below exception is thrown in the bitbucket.log file:

      org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'gitHookInstaller'

      Workaround

      Install Bitbucket on Windows without having the shared home directory symbolically linked to a remote share folder.
