Issue Summary

When the navigation bar is collapsed, the latest web item icon is not shown but instead an ellipsis icon comes up

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a <web-section> and <web-item> with icon

Expected Results

Correct icon should appear when navigation bar is collapsed

Actual Results

It shows ellipsis icon when collapsed

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
